About
Hello! I’m Bea, an Illustrator and designer based in Somerset. I work from my home studio, surrounded by wonderful countryside and my chickens. (That’s Mona, my number one sidekick)
Running my own illustration business is a dream come true. The joy of creating something that others enjoy never wears off. I have loved drawing since I was three years old and to make a living from it is something I am grateful for every single day.
My illustrations and products are built on three beliefs:
I believe that we are happier and healthier when we are connected with nature. There is something special about the natural world that makes the stresses and strains of a busy life melt away. Some of my happiest memories are when I’ve been immersed in the outside world - the rustling of forest trees in an autumnal breeze, the crash and spray of waves against the Cornish coastline, the soft munching of French cows on a lazy summer’s day. I love creating illustrations that bring the outside in, in all its wonderful wildness.
I believe that buying from a small business should be a fantastic experience from start to finish. I care about each and every one of my customers and aim to give everyone the same excellent customer service. I love adding extra finishing touches and going beyond people’s expectations. It’s one of the best parts of running a business.
I believe that we need to become a zero-carbon society as quickly as possible. Our health and wellbeing depends on the natural world. Everyone must play a part in reducing emissions, including me. I am constantly looking for ways to reduce the environmental impact of what I do, from recycled and recyclable packaging, powering my home and business with renewable electricity and using biodegradable materials where possible.
Thank you for visiting my website, I hope you found something to make you smile.

Being kind to the environment is important to me. Here are some things I am doing to help make a difference:
* 100% biodegradable cello sleeves made from corn starch for all cards and prints
* Recyclable cardboard packaging, no plastic in sight
* I source all products from UK suppliers, and where possible support other small businesses
* All paper products are printed on FSC (forest stewardship council) paper
* I work from home, no office commute here!
* Mona the chicken is responsible for eating all food waste (it's the little things)
